    Prices

LE 14 can be reserved for :

• a weekend : 2 nights from Friday (5 pm) to Sunday (4 pm) ;
• a midweek: 3 nights Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday ;
• full a week: 7 nights from Saturday (3 pm) to Saturday (11 pm).

Arrival and departure times are given as an indication. Should clarify with the owner when booking.

     Guarantee

A guarantee of € 200 (in cash) is requested upon arrival in the cottage.

    Deposit

A deposit of 50% is required to confirm the booking.

    Cancellation fee

The deposit is returned in case of cancellation more than 30 days before the date of arrival.

Half of the deposit is returned in case of cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date.

The deposit is not refunded in case of cancellation less than 10 days before the date of arrival.

    Tourist tax

There is no tourist tax.

    Service charges

Tariff of charges (electricity - water - heating) is flat : € 8 per night from 1/6 to 30/9 - € 12 per night the rest of the year.

    Cleaning

Final cleaning : 50 €.

    Sheets of beds and linens

The tenant must bring duvet covers (or bed sheets), bath towels, kitchen towels,...

Possibility of rental on request.

    Baby home

The owners put at disposal on request a cot, at a charge of € 10.
